Final Date to request refund for voluntary cancellation, January 31st.
Payment deadline is March 22, 2024. A waitlist will be generated for seniors who register after this date.

April 23 Chaperone Training Meeting at BV Cafeteria 6:30PM
April 29 *MANDATORY* Senior/Parent Meeting at BV Cafeteria 6:00PM (updated)

April 23 6:30PM - TRAINING for Chaperones & Volunteers
BV Quad in front of Large Gym
This will be a walk thru for all volunteers/Chaperones that will help the night of check in and upon return home.
June 1st: Evening of Departure - GRAD NITE CHECK IN: Check in will begin at 10:00PM. REMEMBER: No outside food, drink, candy. Pizza and drinks will be provided. NO CARS can be left in the parking lot over night.
June 2nd: Day in the Parks - GRAD NITE EVENT: Disneyland, CA Adventure, Grad Nite Party!
June 3rd: Return to BV - GRAD NITE RETURN by NOON We anticipate buses will begin arriving between 10AM -12PM. We will communicate via REMIND as we get closer to Bella Vista.
